Protecting What You’ve Built
“Every business owns intellectual property, even if it doesn’t realize it yet. Your brand, your invention, your designs, your creative work. These are assets. Like any asset, they need protection.”

Trademarks. Protect your brand identity. Without registration, someone else can build on the goodwill you’ve created, or block you from using your own name.

Patents. Protect innovation with the exclusive right to stop others from copying your invention. Rights go to whoever files first, and waiting too long can cost you the protection entirely.

Designs, copyrights and GIs. From product appearance to creative works to region-specific goods, the rest of the portfolio that rounds out full protection.

The common mistake. Treating IP as an afterthought, something to deal with “once we’re bigger.” By then, competitors have often already moved. IP rights are generally first-to-file.

Our work covers registration, portfolio management, enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, licensing, WIPO filings, technology and digital law, and corporate advisory.

Filing your first trademark, or auditing an existing portfolio? Let’s talk.
